Graduate Development
Illumine runs a unique range of courses that enhance practical thinking skills to improve the performance of individuals and organisations.
If you are putting together a programme for graduates, you will find that many of the skills in which Illumine specialises, will be invaluable. Graduates joining any organisation often come in with enormous enthusiasm and largely untapped potential. The challenge is to turn that potential into a resource that the organisation can make use of...as quickly as possible. In addition, it is increasingly understood that one of the motivators for many young people is high quality development that quickly build their skills.
