What's the difference between a workshop and a seminar?

Public Workshops and seminars deliver real and lasting benefits. They are practical (without too much theory) so that you get the skills, experience and confidence to go back to work with your new tools and techniques. 

Public Workshops

Delivered by one of our licenced trainers, workshops have a maximum capacity (average 12 attendees). This ensures that:

• You get the most value from the trainer
• Have time to practice core tools and techniques
• Discuss challenges and learn from the experiences of other attendees

Our public workshops can be of half, 1 or 2 day durations. A half-day workshop is delivered in an intensive format. 1 day workshops are more compact versions. 2 day workshops are more comprehensive, allowing you to go into more detail and giving you more practical time to practice.

Public Seminars

Our public seminars are delivered by leading experts. These are not sit and listen events but practical learning opportunities. Seminars do not offer as much time to practice but offer you the opportunity to learn from a key expert.

The number of attendees on a seminar varies (depending on the subject), the average being 50 attendees.
